A great opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a successful Estate Agency in Richmond.
Our client is looking for an individual with drive and ambition who can take on the role and make it their own whilst helping to take responsibility for the profitability of the office.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties:
Increase market share, whilst maintaining fees
Generating new business leads for both Sales and Lettings
Convert valuations to instructions
Ensure smooth running in branch, making sure that staff are providing first class customer service
Providing coaching and guidance to staff
Working towards team targets
Grow the property portfolio
Dealing with landlord, and tenant queries
Attending viewings " where necessary
Monitoring market trends and activity
Keeping updated on relevant legislation requirements
Keeping monthly figures updated and reporting to directors
Maximize sales and commercial opportunities with existing owners and all external contacts
Applicants should have some managerial experience and good knowledge of the area.
A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected, and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
