A great opportunity to join an independent firm in Birmingham as a lettings administrator.
Based in the City Centre, the companies aim is to deliver a superior and bespoke letting and management service to clients and tenants.
As a lettings administrator in this successful team, the requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self assured individual.
You will be a mature thinker with the ability to communicate at all levels and will have first rate organisational skills.  

Duties will include:
·Coordinating and undertaking day to day administration associated with the letting and management department
·Progression of tenancy applications and agreements
·Ensuring regular contact with landlord and tenants
·Ensuring procedure at all stages of the application are completed effectively and efficiently
Property administration is preferred for this role and knowledge of current legislation would be an advantage.
