A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a quality independent firm in the Redcliff area of Bristol.

Our client is well known for its focus on customer service, attention to detail and staff retention. They now seek quality Administrator to join their growing and welcoming team.

Having originated on the Dorset coast they are an expanding firm who need the best of the best to join their busy firm.

Duties to include:

-Handle inbound telephone enquiries & emails in a professional and proactive manner
-Maintain software system
-Diary management for team (Book viewings, inspections etc)
-Update & maintain property information as required, including: ? Window display ? White board ? Property List ? Right Move/Website ? Property cards
-Maintain standard suites of letters and paperwork centrally
-Credit control
Arrange EPC, Gas Safety Checks, PAT testing and other regular inspections with contractors as required Respond to telephone calls and emails from tenants, landlords, contractors etc and requests from Lettings Manager following visits and inspections. From these organise necessary tasks, for example (but not limited to): ? Obtain quotations for works needed and approval from landlord as required
-Prioritise workload so that urgent tasks/actions/letters are dealt with as appropriate
-Respond to queries in a timely fashion and pass to Manager if the query requires a more senior response

Please note that duties will vary hugely, so you must be ready and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed.

Candidate Qualities:

-Property Administration experience is desirable but not essential
-Organised and self-motivated
-Willing to go the extra mile
-Customer focused
-True team player who is willing to help out across the business
-Honest and well presented
-Extensive Administration experience is essential
-Punchy, charismatic and proactive

The hours for this role will be 8:45am ? 5:30pm Monday to Friday. 9am ? 1:30pm every other Saturday
