A fantastic quality independent firm in Longwell Green, Bristol are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.

5 day working week, 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.30pm Saturday (if working a Saturday, a day off in the week will be given)
The office Administrator is required to ensure the smooth running of the office, no two days will be the same and you must be able to multi task.
Duties will include:
-Answering the main bulk of incoming calls
-Taking comprehensive messages
-Dealing with queries
-Meeting and greeting clients
-Providing PA support to the Office Manager
-Managing the online filing system
-Carrying out key and board audits
-Preparing standard reports
-Keeping the office tidy and organised
-General administration duties
-As a main key holder you will also be required to open the office each morning
In return for loyal service and dedication to the firm our client can offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Your holiday will also increase to a maximum of 27 days for long service.

-Qualifications- GCSE Math's and English grade C or above
-You must be computer literate and it is highly desirable if you touch type with a good working knowledge of windows and microsoft packages
- Administration experience is preferred but experience within estate agency is not essential.
