My client is an Industry, aware winning provider of Inventory and Compliance reporting services to the UK property markets and are regulated by Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA:PropertyMark). They were the UK’s first inventory management business to establish a successful franchise programme on the back of a strong nationwide brand and has expanded its operation to provide compliance services including legionella risk assessment, smoke and CO alarm visits, vacation property inspections and in 2018 is launching EPC and Virtual tour services.

They are currently looking to add an Inventories/operations administrator to their team in Swanley.

It is a very busy department, so you need to be able to prioritise your own workload and be comfortable working in a pressurised environment but you will receive full support from other members of the Team and Management.

·Clear and logical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle Issues
·Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
·Highly self-motivated
·Knowledge of the property industry (an advantage)
·Previous experience in Administration & Customer Service
·Computer literate: Word-processing, Excel, internet and general systems usage Inc. email
·Ability to work under pressure
·Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
·Sense of urgency and responsibility required
·Problem solving & Conflict resolution
·Effectively prioritise time & manage work to deadlines
·Take ownership of issues and liaise with clients and internal Operations to resolve
·Ability to work in a pressured environment and multi-task is essential   

Main duties and Responsibilities
·Maintain CRM software / National Account dashboard management
·Daily management of affiliates and assigning of appointments
·Daily management of clerks, scheduling their diary, liaising between client and tenant
·Data entry of works orders
·Call handling
·Book inventory’s on behalf of clients, arranging access with tenants when needed.
·General Administration
·Respond to all customers within given time scales, efficiently and effectively
