The Directors of this very established firm are looking for a bright individual with good all round skills. You should be happy with the following tasks:
·Taking notes and actioning tasks
·Tracking attendance and holiday
·Managing annual leave
·Reporting on office targets and achievements
·Typing letters and documents
·Keeping standard templates correct
·Maintaining a CRM system
You will also be required to do ad hoc tasks for the Directors.
The role can be flexible in terms of working hours for the right candidate.
