A very well established Estate and Lettings Agency is seeking a Sales and Lettings Administrator to join a very busy and top preforming branch.
An excellent opportunity to join a leading Estate Agency as part of their super Administration team.
The Centralised Administration Team supports all areas of the business and is headed by the Administration Office Co-ordinator. Key to the of Administrator role is to be an active team player with a customer centric approach ensuring that both internal and external customers expectations are exceeded.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
-Uploading property details on to all major portals
-Meeting and greeting walk in enquiries
-Assisting with telephone enquiries
-Delivering exceptional customer service within every task
-Assisting with the drafting of details
-Proof reading and spell checking documents
-Ensuring legislations are met in Sales, Lettings and through out the office including GDPR
This role will vary and you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is required through out the business.
The ideal candidate will have some property experience and be willing to get stuck in. However applications are welcome from candidates who have extensive administration and secretarial experience.
You must also have impeccable written and oral skills, be proactive and able to think on your feet. Along with a great telephone manner and brilliant customer service skills.
