An exciting opportunity has arisen within an independent Letting firm in Sheffield. Our Client is seeking an Administrator to join the expanding team.

Duties to include:

·Meeting and greeting Tenants and Applicants
·General administration
·Answering the telephone
·Distributing mail
·Updating window displays
·Supporting management and other staff
·Overseeing the general appearance of the office
·Updating company social media
·Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

Duties will vary and you will be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.

Preferred Qualities:

·Strong administrative skills
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with clients both face to face and on the telephone
·Impeccable attention to detail
·Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
·IT literate; comfortable maintaining spread sheets and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word and Outlook
·Smart and well presented
·Driving licence and access to own vehicle required
·GCSE English and Math
