You will have a good level of variety day to day working with both the sales and lettings departments, and full training will be made readily available.
The main roles within the position covering the sales & lettings area will include:
·Booking and performing property inspections.
·Registering tenants and potential buyers, to then match to suitable properties.
·Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors for property repairs and maintenance.
·Negotiating rent terms and liaising between tenants and landlords.
·Maximising team results by sharing information with sales & lettings team members to generate additional business.
·Outstanding customer service.
·Be target and results driven.
Previous estate agency experience is ideal but not essential as long as you have a genuine interest in the profession and have a good level of knowledge for the local area.
You will be expected to have strong IT and admin skills, an eye for detail and comfortable working in a team and on your own.

The working day is 09:00am to 17:30pm in the week with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am to 16:00pm with a day in lieu.
A full UK driving licence with at least a years driving experience is essential and you must be able to commute comfortably to work each day.
