My client is a london based company that specialises in 'Shared Living', it's founded by a team of experienced professionals, they are now seeking the next generation of people to join them as they reach the exciting, next stage of their journey.
You need to be the sort of person who will run head first into the growing challenges an early stage start up faces and take responsibility for the impact you want to have, so if you identify with words like bravery, risk, challenge .............then read on!!!!!!
You will be heading up their South West London, landlords acquisitions team, acting at the forefront of the community’s growth. You will be growing their membership base by helping to find and select the best quality homes within the community.
With Business Development Managers to manage, your daily activities will involve taking control of the commercial strategy you put in place to build the business levels and its likely with experience in this region, you will have contacts within this sector so you can hit the ground running. As well as managing your own team, we would expect you to lead by example and generate new business on a more commercial scale.
This company is growing rapidly and Senior Management are going to be critical to them.
Role and responsibilities
?Implement and execute a landlord acquisition strategy to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
?Manage the landlord acquisitions team, setting ambitious KPIs and managing your team to reach and exceed these.
?Deliver a compelling narrative around company values and proposition to prospective landlords.
?Source landlord leads and build relationships to grow the business.
?Manage multiple pipelines and successfully convert landlord leads through each step of the sales process.
?Provide feedback to the board on market trends and competition analysis to support the development of our value proposition.
?Manage the personal and professional development of your team.

?Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets.
?Have landlord contacts in South West London which will be able to get you off to a great start in your designated area.
?Understand how to use quantitative techniques to analise results and make decisions.
?Have exceptional listening, communication and organisational skills to work collaboratively within the team.
?Be growth oriented and eager to achieve excellence and mastery of the role.
?Reflect the values of the companies ethos: be confident, able to differentiate yourself and build meaningful relationships with prospects and existing members alike.

?+2 Years experience in a lettings Branch Manager role.
?Experience managing a team.
?Experience with lead generation strategies.
?Start-up experience a plus.
?Lettings industry experience essential.
?Excellent English speaker.
?Experience working with a sales CRM.
