Our client are a strong, independent Estate Agency company with offices located within Birmingham. Due to volume of business, they are seeking to recruit an experienced property professional to join their Property Management team, primarily accountable for handling the accounts. The role will be based within their busy City Centre Office.
The successful candidate should possess the following experience -
·At least 3 years reconciling rent accounts using Jupix software
·Dealing with rent, management, maintenance, refurbishment payments through a client account
·Legal knowledge of tenancy agreements
·Other Property Management tasks may also need to be undertaken at times.
The company have a fantastic reputation with a healthy managed property portfolio. This is continually growing and as such, it is essential that the new team member will be able to have confidence and experience to ensure the future success of the company.
The working hours will be Mon-Fri and every other Saturday. In return, dependent on experience, the salary will be £20-30K.
