A unique and exciting challenge has arisen with in a dynamic and progressive firm in the Bristol Area.

Our client seeks a talented Account Manager to join them working from home covering the South West and Wales areas. The ideal candidate will have an Estate Agency background and preferably worked in a Account Management and/or Training role.

Objective of the Position:

The Account Manager will be responsible for the ongoing customer support of Estate Agents who adopt our clients through an account management programme. They will develop and execute implementation and training plans, training materials and classroom or individual training sessions, and deliver product user instruction to Estate Agents and Sales Progression professionals, to maximise user adoption rates and ensure product benefits are delivered against success criteria targets.

Relationships:

You will be reporting directly to the Product Director and will work closely with Product Delivery Managers, IT Development Team and Customer Support Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Ongoing Account Management programme for Estate Agents who have successfully adopted the clients services
·Lead the onboarding of new Estate Agent users through an effective implementation training cycle including individual and classroom training.
·Determine individual and collective training needs by visiting estate agent branches, observing daily sales progression business processes and policies, conferring with management and monitoring user performance results.
·Produce physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies) and improve learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
·Collect feedback from users and report back on current and future user requirements to inform the product development roadmap.
·Report on the impact of training and user performance.
·Achieve sales training and implementation success criteria objectives.
Experience:

·Proven experience of managing accounts and reinforcing the benefits of the product to retain business
·Proven work experience as an Estate Agency software trainer, similar B2B training environment or experience working in Estate Agency with a strong Training background would be considered.
·Previous experience in a sales position is preferred.
·Hands-on experience with web-based CRM systems and e-learning platforms.
·Knowledge of educational and presentation software including Webinar and PowerPoint.
·Additional certification in training management is a plus.

·Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to manage activities to work within budget constraints.
·Self-confidence and the ability to perform to achieve personal objectives and KPIs.

Competencies:

The post holder will be able to:-

·Develop and deliver effective training programmes to new product users and support the development of existing product users through individual and classroom instruction.
·Motivate estate agents to recognise the benefits of products to become an indispensable part of their daily business processes and working routines.
·Communicate clearly with internal IT management and software designers and customer support teams.
·Ability to quickly set up and use audio visual and presentation equipment.
·Effectively use modern communication tools including smartphones and email, and selected social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook.
·Promote the company brands internally and externally across the industry as an enthusiastic and credible product champion.
