A highly-respected, multi-branch company requires a senior lettings negotiator to manage their in-branch lettings operation.
Experience in lettings and property management is essential as in the ability to motivate the team and lead by example.
Knowledge of all the relevant legislation will be paramount and in addition to the standard lettings duties, dealing with payments and accounts will also form part of the role, as will some accompanied viewings.
This is a key role within a dynamic and forward-thinking business, ideally suited to those with drive, ambition and the capacity to work on their own initiative.
Hours of work: Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and a Saturday rota 9.00am - 1.00pm with time off in lieu.
