Our client is looking for a Assistant Lettings Manager to help manage one of their sites in Salford, consisting of 280 apartments and a team of 7 employees.
The role will include but not limited to:
·Arranging maintenance works/repairs
·Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
·Arranging gas and safety inspections
The ideal candidate will be honest, proactive, and have a minimum of 2 years Property Management and Lettings experience under their belt.
The ideal candidate should have:
·Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
·Preferably ARLA qualified
·Hold a valid UK driving licence
·Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
·Be smart, presentable and approachable
·Highly motivated and ability to work well in a team environment and manage a small team
·Be organised and able to prioritise their work load
·Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
·A professional approach
·Excellent standard of communication and ability to resolve complaints
·Extremely customer focused
·Strong administration skills
·High accuracy and attention to detail
You must also have a full UK driving license.
