Our client, an established, independent Estate Agency in Honiton, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as an Administrator/Sales Negotiator for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing a high standard of customer service, have excellent communication skills with a positive, approachable and cheerful personality. They will be well presented, motivated, responsible and conscientious. Proven clerical and administrative skills are required together with an exceptional work ethic and a clean driving license.
Previous experience with knowledge of property sales progression and legislation would be advantageous but not entirely necessary.
·To work with the team to a very high standard to deliver the highest levels of customer service to all clients.
·Ensure efficient operation of the sales department, including management of the diary, arranging viewings/valuations etc.
·Show potential buyers around properties in the local area.
·Take every opportunity to secure market appraisals and obtain instructions.
·Deal with all enquiries by phone and email.
·Negotiate offers, liaise with solicitors and progress sales.
·Administration duties as required.
·Maintain strong relations with all vendors and buyers ensuring repeat business.
Monday - Friday 8.45 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday - 8.45 am to 1.00 pm (at least one Saturday per month)
Salary - OTE £18,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. This will be made up of a basic plus commission.
