Our client, a specialist retirement home company, is looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager for their prestigious development in the Southampton area.
They are looking for a person to sell retirement properties and nursing home beds, and are looking for a person with experience in this field or new home sales.
You will need to be outgoing, confident and competent. A person who understands that this is the last move people make and thus cannot be rushed, someone who understands that this is not a fast-paced role but there is no room for laziness or apathy.
You will need to be of smart appearance and someone who is not shy to speak to existing residents and form long lasting relationships.
You will be responsible for selling retirement properties and nursing home beds.
Duties will include: marketing the properties (in-line with company guidelines), networking, liaising with referring partners, accompanied viewings, social media and other duties associated with this role.
