Sales Negotiator / Administrator required for a very busy Estate Agency based in the Helston area.
The successful candidate will deal with sales enquiries, book and carry out viewings, communicate offers to vendors and complete all associated administration. General office administration will also form an essential part of this role. Experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential as full training will be given however, administration skills are a fundamental requirement. They are looking ideally for a full time sales negotiator/administrator however, part time hours may be considered with Saturday working on a rota basis and this can be discussed at interview stage.
You must be organised, well presented and have excellent customer service skills and a friendly and helpful personality.
Basic salary in the region of £15,000 with OTE likely to be £18-25k depending level of experience plus mileage and pension.
