Our client seeks a quality Property Manager for their busy offices in Summertown.
Jobs include but not limited to:
·Prepare welcome packs for new tenancies
·Managing deposit returns/Charges
·Arranging Inventories Check in's and check out's
·Weekly key audits and management of key signing them out and in
·Arranging and Managing Safety Certificates
·Regular Property Inspections
·Working with the Lettings and Sales Department on property upgrades
·All day-to-day maintenance issues
·Arranging Quotes and advising clients accordingly
·communicating with and organising contractors
·Follow up calls with tenants/landlords to ensure works have been completed to a satisfactory standard
·Liaising with the accounts team regarding finance
·Client Database maintenance
·Arranging gas, electric and water meter readings
·Arranging Landlord Insurance
·Plan and Co -ordinate Property Changeover and Cleaning and Maintenance Schedule
·General administration duties
·Contributing to Staff meetings and bringing new ideas to the company
