Job Location

Our client seeks an experienced Administrator for their busy office in Newbury.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
§Preparing property details
§Processing exchange and completion paperwork
§Production of letters, memorandum of sale documents & window cards
§Processing AML checks and Property Information Questionnaires
§Ensuring that word processing/typing of documents is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
§Weekly newspaper advertising
§Brochure ordering
§Stationery ordering

Applicants Skill set:
§You will possess excellent typing and telephone skills.
§You will be able to display great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to a high standard
§You will be methodical, with the ability to prioritise workload and possess the flexibility to accommodate other duties as they arise.
§You will need to be able to work under pressure, remaining focused and organised whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
§You will be an experienced user of Microsoft Packages (Word, Sage, Excel and PowerPoint)
§A positive, energetic, 'can do' approach is essential, as is someone who enjoys a busy and dynamic environment.


Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
