Senior Negotiator / Valuer
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic senior negotiator / valuer to join a forward thinking and progressive company. The company have enjoyed fantastic success and have created a superb niche for themselves within the City Centre.
The successful applicant should be professionally presented at all times, have excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone, have a proven track record and a proven high conversion rate.
Duties will include:
Arranging and attending Market Appraisals
Assisting the office manager in the general running of the office
Canvassing your area to increase the public profile and stock levels
Phoning out new instructions
Cross selling associated products
