My client is a small, independent but very busy estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and New Home sales. They are looking for a switched on administrator who does not have to be experienced in property although clearly that would be an advantage.
However, you must be IT literate, an expert on social media and have a flexible attitude to work, and be a team player.
You will be required to greet customers and deal with enquiries. You will need your own vehicle to do accompanied viewings when required.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am to 1pm. My client will pay a generous salary plus commission. Extra commission can be earned by selling mortgage and legal referrals.
