A well regarded firm in the Chapel Allerton area are looking to recruit a Property Manager for their busy office. The role will require someone who is extremely well organised and professional and someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 16 Months Property Management experience.
The company are very successful in the local area and have a large portfolio therefore the right person must work well under pressure.
Duties to include:
·Check in's and check out's
·Vendor contact and care
·Some general administration duties
·Negotiating tenancy renewals
·All maintenance issues
·Speaking with contractors
·Arranging gas, electric and water checks
Duties will vary, it is essential that to be considered for this role you must have a full driving license with access to your own car. You must also have a minimum of 6 months property experience to be considered for this role.
