My client requires an experienced part time Estates Manager based in Warlingham, Surrey. They need someone for 2.5 days a week which can br flexible. It could be full days or spread over mornings.
The successful applicant will help oversee approx. 60 properties in the Southampton area owned by my client. There is a mix of houses, flats and some land.
The maim duties will be:-
1) Taking telephone calls
2) Handling maintenance enquiries
3) Overseeing development projects and renovations
4) Dealing with accounts
5) Data entry on Sage
You must have previous experience as an accounts assistant and experience with development projects and renovations would be a big plus. You must be excellent at dealing with people on the phone.
You would mostly working on your own in the office but there is another company in the same building so there are other people around. By client will pay a generous salary of around £15,000 pe annum for the right candidate.
