The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to push the business forward, have valuing experience, come from a strong Sales a background and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service.
· Assist with the daily running of the branch
· Generate Viewings
· Attend Viewings
· Generate Market Appraisals
· Attend Market Appraisals when Valuer is away.
· Vendor care
· Sale Negotiation
· Viewing Feedback
Duties will vary and you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.
· Motivated and Dedicated
· Sales and Lettings Experience
· Well presented and well spoken
· Eager to learn and further their skill set
· Passionate about the Property Industry and dedicated to driving business forward
· Great IT skills
