A great opportunity for an experienced Data Administrator to join a well established commercial firm in Leeds.
Looking for a data administrator to work alongside a team of business agents, the purpose of the role is to review the records in the Customer Relationship Management System, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Reviewing records within the system
·Using data sources to ensure the data is up to date including Google, social media and online resources
·Merging duplicated records into one record
·Removing records that are no longer valid
·Adding records where required
·Ensuring that the system holds high-quality, reliable data.
·To be a good ambassador for the company

·To be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, in accordance with the Health & Safety At Work Act (1974) and relevant EC directives
·To work in accordance with the Data Protection Act
·To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected
Skills and Experience required:
·GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English
·Knowledge of Microsoft office
·Audio Typing and copy typing skills
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Highly organised and self-motivated
·Knowledge of the property industry
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and meticulous with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will be a strong team player and will enjoy working to deadlines.
