Our client a leading and trusted multi office Independent Estate Agency based within South Hertfordshire is now looking for an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to join their busy office.
Main Duties will include but not limited to:
Leading a busy team of negotiators
Management of the branches Sales operations
Carrying out sales valuations
Uploading new properties and maintaining the marketing database
Providing Vendors with regular marketing feedback
Negotiating sales offers
Handling sales progression
The successful applicant will:
Have a good experience within residential estate agency
Have a proven track record in senior positions within the industry
Be a confident leader that can be a role model to junior staff
Be success-driven and ambitious
Be highly articulate and have first-rate communication skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Be self-motivated and capable of working under your own initiative
Ideally have NFOPP Technical Awards in Sales
Have a full, clean, manual UK driving license Live within an easy commute of Watford
Salary and Package:
Up to £35k basic salary plus a generous commission package
Company Car (including private use and tax/maintenance/insurance)
