SENIOR SALES PROPERTY VALUER/SALES MANAGER.

An exceptionally well known and respected independent estate agency brand in Walsall / South Staffs area. Due to their continued success, and ever increasing market share they are looking to recruit an experienced, professional and motivated, residential sales Valuer for their busy office.
This is an opportunity that offers massive potential for future development and progression, and as such would suit an individual who is looking for a role with long term potential and to grow the business with a view to managing the team, for the right individual.
The ideal candidate, will have previous negotiation or valuing estate agency experience and be used to working to targets and seeking out additional business opportunities, not just wait for the phone to ring. The role will involve valuing property of all price ranges, and so valuation experience is essential.
Whilst you will be reporting to the senior management, you will have a high degree of autonomy and be expected to go out to progress and win the business,.
Previous sales negotiation experience along with sales progression and knowledge of the house selling process would also be ideal.
The company are offering a competitive basic salary, as well as commission package and there is massive potential for career development. Car allowance is also being offered.
