An independent and highly regarded Estate Agency firm in Kenilworth is now seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

They have an exceptional track record of success and a busy market presence. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within Customer Service and strong sales skills.

Duties will include:
-Generating and attending viewings
-Meeting and greeting customers 
-General administration
-Negotiating offers 
-Sales progression

Duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever possible throughout the business.

To be considered for this role you must also have a full UK driving license and use of your own car.

The ideal candidate:
-Strong local knowledge
-Remain calm under pressure and customer focused
-A true team player with a personable attitude
-Honest and proactive
-Eager to please and willing to learn
-Well-presented and organised
