Trainee or experienced lettings negotiator required for Established Independent Letting Agency in the Bridgwater area, with a superb reputation in the local area and great career prospects for the right candidate as they like to promote from within. Salary up to £25,500 for experienced candidates including commission, plus benefits.
Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented and driven lettings negotiator to work in their established Bridgwater lettings office. They are an extremely busy office so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multi task and organise your own workload daily. You will ideally have at a year’s lettings or property management experience but if not they will consider an experienced administrator with great customer service skills and they will provide training. Your role will be to learn about the properties and show them to potential tenants as well as deal with clients face to face and over the phone.
In return you will be working for a very respected firm with a friendly team and receive a starting salary of around £21,500 per annum for a trainee up to £24,241 with commission on top for experienced candidates or as a trainee you would normally get commission after a one year period.
The position is full time Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm with every other Saturday morning. As this role involves property visits you will need your own car and will get a mileage allowance for business use.
