A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an independent and growing successful team in their branch in the Hampshire area.
Although no experience is necessary as full training will be given, some experience in a sales based/ high level customer service industry would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will have a great attitude towards personal and team targets and producing results that benefits everyone. A flair and aptitude towards sales and customer care is essential.
As a Negotiator your training will include:
·Handling all enquiries diligently.
·Negotiating sales or rental agreements from offer to completion and move in.
·Marketing and general office duties.
·Generating Market valuations & viewings.
Skills & Experience
·Excellent communication skills are paramount as our client prides themselves on exceptional service standards.
·A persuasive, but polite selling and promoting nature.
·Passionate about the property industry.
·Confidence and excellent interpersonal skills.
·Able to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team.
·Tenacious and target driven
A basic salary of £18,000 – £21,000 is offered dependant on experience, with an opportunity to earn personal commission as well. Please note that you will require a road worthy car and be insured to use your car for company business.
