Service Team Manager
 
Our client, who is an extremely successful independent company managing self-catering holiday lets, residential lets and sales in the Poole & Bournemouth area and a well-known brand, is looking for a Service team manger to join their team.
 
The role.
 
As a service team manager, you will be responsible for managing a number the cleaning / service team, tasked with the upkeep of a large portfolio of holiday lets. You will be expected to plan and organise rota’s, adapt schedules to cope with changing time frames, manage the cleaning staff and most importantly deal with clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Although the role is predominantly office based, you will be required to travel to properties in order to undertake inspections and handle any problems. A “can do” attitude with a hands on approach to problem solving is essential.
 
To be considered for the role, candidates must be able to display excellent co-ordination skills, be able to react to problems and adapt accordingly, have good administrative experience, particularly with Microsoft excel, and be customer service orientated. A confident and professional personality who can engage with both the cleaning team and clients is essential.
Candidates will be expected to work a 5 day week to include Saturdays with a day in the week off  in lieu. Hours are 9am to 6pm.
 
In return, a generous salary of £25,000 – £29,000 (DOE) is being offered.
