Super opportunity to be part of an established office in the Bridgwater area, as a senior sales negotiator / valuer or Residential Sales Manager for the right person, with a negotiable basic salary around £24-30,000 plus commission offering a great higher earning potential of up to £29,000 (for a senior neg) or 40,000 for an ambitious, experienced professional sales manager. Or somewhere in-between depending on experience!
Our client is a well-known and established property agent with a great reputation and a branch manager that has been in the industry for over 20 years. They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is driven, loyal and friendly to join and work on the existing properties for sale and assist with valuations, viewings and take ons in the local area.
The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner already working in the Industry as a Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager with a great track record in property sales and instructions. They are looking for a can do attitude and someone who is seeking a long-term role. “A good all-rounder” able to hit the ground running.
You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature. This really is a super opportunity for someone seeking a move to a company that cares about its staff and has traditional estate agency values.
Basic salary in the region of £24-30,000 with on target earnings in the region of £29,000 – 40,000. This would be depending on level of experience. Hours 8.45 – 5,30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9-4pm with a full day off in lieu. Mileage allowance of 45ppm for business mileage.
