Senior sales negotiator required for the Finchley, North London office.

Key Responsibilities include:
·Cultivating enduring client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.
·Conducting sales valuations and overseeing the organization and execution of viewings.
·Daily canvassing to amplify outreach efforts.
·Negotiating deals, liaising with applicants and clients with guidance from the line manager.
·Proficiency in polite, confident telephone communication and effective details conveyance.
·Active participation in pertinent training courses to enhance knowledge and elevate performance.
·Efficient time management to maximize appointment and activity levels.
·Scheduling photographer appointments for property photos and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
·A proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets is indispensable.
