Senior Property Negotiator
£23-25,000k Basic
Our client are a well-established firm in the property industry, known for its expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. They pride themselves on their deep understanding of the local market and their passion for high quality service.
Now seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Property Sales Negotiator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the property industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the local market dynamics and trends. They will be responsible for negotiating property sales, providing excellent customer service to clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales agreements with potential buyers.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
3.Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
4.Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
5.Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their property sale and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
6.Attend networking events and actively seek out opportunities to generate new business.
7.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
1.Previous experience in the property industry, with a proven track record of successful property sales negotiation.
2.In-depth knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing.
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
5.A passion for property and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
6.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
