An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an established, Independent Estate Agents on the Exeter outskirts. Our client is well known for their reputation for quality customer service and have earned a great name in the local area. They are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and driven office sales negotiator to join their team. Salary in the region of £25,000 basic and £30-35,000 on target earnings.
The main duties will be:
- General office administration / marketing and social media
- Updating window displays & property details
- Attending viewings
- Vendor care
- Delivering viewing feedback
- Dealing with enquiries
- Registration of applicants
- Liaising with vendors, solicitors and potential buyers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Property phone outs
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some experience in an Estate Agency or property.
- Full UK Driving License & car
- Dedication and strong motivation skills
- Desire to achieve and flourish within a forward-thinking agent
- Hard working
- Polite and well mannered
- Passionate about the property industry
- Honesty and integrity
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Strong Administration & IT Skills
- Strong local knowledge
Salary in the region of £25,000 basic and £30-35,000 on target earnings, Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm and every other Saturday morning although lieu time is given for working a Saturday morning.
