Role Overview:
As a Senior Negotiator / Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in the business, bringing your extensive experience to drive property sales, valuations, and client relations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s outstanding reputation while contributing to its growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate property valuations, delivering exceptional advice and guidance to clients.
• Handle a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring smooth sales negotiations from instruction to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing outstanding customer service at every stage.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to achieving goals.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and competitor activity.
• Mentor and support junior team members where required, sharing expertise to enhance team performance.
Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience in estate agency, particularly in valuations and sales negotiation.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve results.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
