Our esteemed Estate Agency Client is seeking an Executive Sales Manager to oversee the Notting Hill area in London.

As an Executive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will involve creating the largest market share in the area, maximizing revenues, fostering growth in the property register, nurturing exceptional client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, achieving branch profit targets, and effectively managing employee performance through adept team leadership and strategic action plans.
Candidates must possess prior Estate Agency and customer service experience, demonstrating a target-driven, tenacious approach with a proven track record of accomplishments. Effective team management, unwavering motivation, high service standards, strong organizational skills, and innovative ideas for market growth are crucial. Additionally, a full driving license and access to a car are essential.
