Acting on behalf of an award winning estate agents in Barnet, we’re seeking an accomplished Estate Agent to join the Barnet Branch in the capacity of a Senior Sales Manager.

As a Senior Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
·Cultivating the most extensive active market share among local agents
·Expanding revenues and bolstering the property register
·Cultivating strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
·Maximizing branch profitability and meeting financial targets
·Overseeing employee performance through regular reviews, one-on-one sessions, and morning meetings
·Driving results through effective team management, action planning, and plan execution
The ideal candidate will:
·Bring prior experience in Estate Agency and customer service
·Possess a proven track record of target achievement and tenacity
·Demonstrate adeptness in team management
·Exhibit consistent motivation and enthusiasm
·Uphold high service and presentation standards
·Showcase excellent organizational skills
·Propose innovative ideas and initiatives for market expansion
·Own a car with a valid driving license and business use insurance
·Hold the legal right to work in the UK
