An opportunity to join an award winning, multi branch independent estate agency with their offices in the Slough area.
Our client is looking for a high achieving and ambitious residential estate agency sales professional to join their team as the Senior Sales Manager.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be looking to:
- Create the largest active market share in the area.
- Maximise branch profit and grow the property register.
- Manage performance and grow your Sales Team.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous estate agency and customer service experience.
- Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.
- Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Have own car with a full UK driving licence.
You will be rewarded with an extensive training program and a fantastic package with uncapped commission. Basic Salary £27,000 – £38,000 with an OTE of £55,000.
