Exciting Opportunity: Senior Sales Negotiator
Our client, a leader in the property sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with customers to book valuations and viewings, as well as conducting accompanied viewings.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and progressing sales to completion.
• Generating new business by securing valuation appointments and handling sales progression.
• Managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Building relationships with clients, solicitors, and third-party operators to provide top-tier service.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• A proven track record in sales with a results-driven mindset.
• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
