Senior Sales Negotiator – Cobham
Our client takes a bespoke approach to residential property, offering exceptional knowledge, advice, and service from start to finish. Their comprehensive package ensures a first-class experience, encompassing sales, acquisitions, country homes, farms, equestrian properties, historic homes, land and new homes, lettings, valuations, developments, consultancy, and mortgages.
They are currently seeking a high calibre Senior Sales Negotiator for their prestigious estate agency in Cobham.
Key Responsibilities:
·Meet and register new applicants.
·Organise and conduct viewings.
·Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants, documenting all correspondence and communications.
·Achieve monthly targets.
·Arrange and conduct all viewings according to clients’ instructions.
·Negotiate offers as directed.
·Gain an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace to stay ahead of competitors.
·Work closely with the manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
·Exhibit energy, drive, and a people-first approach.
·Demonstrate strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
·Be self-aware, a great team player, and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Skills and Experience Required:
·Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
·Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
·Clear and professional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
·Previous experience in a negotiator role in the property sector, is essential. Minimum 2+ Years
·Familiarity with social media

Qualifications and Qualities Sought:
·Experience in property sales.
·Ideally educated to A Level or degree level.
·Polished, ambitious, and with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
·Knowledge of Cobham and surrounding areas ESSENTIAL.
·Sharp, energetic, and enthusiastic with skills in social media marketing.
·Ability to listen carefully to the needs of high-end buyers and sellers.
Compensation Package:
·£24-28,000 basic salary.
·Achievable on-target earnings of £35 -£45,000+.
