Senior Negotiator/Valuer – Northampton
Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious property Valuer/Lister to join their busy head office based in Northampton.
This fast paced and target driven role requires a motivated, self-starter with several years of Estate Agency valuing experience – who can instantly hit the ground running and establish themselves as a key player within the team.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
• Representing and promoting the brand and our estate agency services within the local area
• Carrying out market appraisals/property valuation appointments
• Building strong relationships and providing marketing and property advice to prospective sellers
• Generating property valuation/appraisal opportunities
• Converting Property Valuation leads and appointments into listings
• Working seamlessly alongside the Sales, Admin and Marketing team to launch properties to the market
• Carrying out regular vendor contact including property performance reports, interest levels, feedback, market conditions etc
• Assisting the sales team with viewings and negotiations during busy periods, weekends and holiday cover
About you:
• Several years of Property Valuation/Listing experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Track record of working within a target driven environment
• High levels of customer service
• A good understanding of the Northamptonshire property market
• Well presented, ambitious and a self-motivated “go getter”
• Able to provide a professional and friendly approach to Estate Agency
A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
