Instrumental in the sales division, you will be entrusted with crafting strategic sales plans that resonate with both the team and the clientèle that we look after to an unquestionable level. Your guidance and inspiration will lift and inspire team members to exceed targets and forge long lasting relationships with vendors and buyers.
The ideal candidate will possess:
·A proven track record in sales guidance within the property industry
·Second nature at negotiating and closing of deals
·Keep abreast of market conditions and trends
·Expert valuation skills
·A strategic mindset and analytical prowess
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Team mentor attributes
·Clean UK Driving licence and own vehicle to use for work purposes
·Weekend working availability on rota
A rewarding package is available with a solid basic in the region of £25,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience and a realistic OTE up to £60,000.
