Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant with a strong background in customer service and property sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of property experience and be comfortable with sales negotiations, handling viewings, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
·Sales Negotiation: Assist clients with property sales, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
·Conduct Viewings: Arrange and lead property viewings, delivering excellent customer service and addressing client questions or concerns.
·Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day office duties, including data entry, filing, and handling email/phone inquiries.
·Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
·Property Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure properties are well-presented and advertised to maximise sales opportunities.
·Legal Documentation: Ensure compliance with legal standards, including contracts, terms of agreement, and disclosure forms.
Requirements:
·Minimum of 12 months of experience in the property industry.
·Excellent customer service and communication skills.
·Ability to negotiate sales effectively and close deals.
·Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills.
·Full UK driving license is essential.
