Sales Negotiator for Established Black Country Estate Agent.
My client is a market leading independent estate agent with a large market share and a great presence in the area.
They are looking to enhance the team with the addition of an experienced estate agent. The role is all encompassing and will involve all aspects of a traditional estate agency role, including:
Phoning Out New Instructions
Vendor and Applicant Liaison
Sales Chasing
Accompanying Viewings
Negotiating Offers
Competitor Analysis
Property Take Ons
Although not essential market appraisal experience and the confidence to conduct them would be beneficial but is by no means a “deal breaker.”
The ideal person will be an experienced estate agent with good local knowledge and a genuine team player. You must be big on customer service and always looking for ways to ensure the customer feels valued. You must be articulate, well presented and a confident communicator.
