You will become an important addition to its already successful team based in the Portsmouth area.
You will be targeted to value and list properties along with supporting vendors through the sales process to provide optimum service and ensure that they obtain the best price for their home.
Keeping abreast of market trends in the area you will communicate and utilise to the team, your vendors and external customers your knowledge and experience to effect business.
It is essential therefore that you have a proven record of successfully listing properties with a quantifiable record of turning valuations into instructions. In addition, business and lead generation to maximise all areas of income are essential to the overall successful in your position.
You must have drive, commitment, and determination, together with enthusiasm to set an example in this fast moving and successful business, supporting the Branch Manager and team members with the day to day activities of the office, as well as leading the team in the absence of the Manager.
In return, you will receive a generous remuneration package with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months with the basic salary, uncapped commission, car allowance or company car. An OTE £35,000 – £45,000 is achievable for a talented Sales Valuer. 33 days paid holiday is available along with, pension and life insurance.
As well as working Monday to Friday, you will also be required to work Saturdays on rota with a day off in lieu.
