- Qualifications: MARLA qualification is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Mobility: A valid UK driving license is essential
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with lettings software and comfortable with technology to support efficient operations.
