Position: Senior Lettings Manager

Key Responsibilities:
·Market Expansion: Spearhead efforts to secure the largest active market share in the region.
·Revenue Maximization: Drive revenue growth and expand the property register as the primary instructions taker for the branch.
·Client Relationship Development: Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
·Financial Objectives: Achieve branch profitability targets and maximize financial outcomes.
·Team Management: Oversee and enhance team performance through regular meetings and individual reviews.

·Experience: Prior experience in Estate Agency and customer service roles.
