Are you working in the property industry but would like more autonomy over your career and hours or would you be interested in a career in Estate Agency? We have an opportunity in the Devon area that might be of interest with high earning potential depending on level of experience.
We are seeking experienced sales negotiators or valuers or people looking to start a career in estate agency, looking to work for a reputable, established brand in the Devon & surrounding areas, on a self-employed basis but with the benefit of an office support system that can provide:
- Help with startup, compliance etc and access to a low interest start up loan if required
- Full training in Estate Agency
- Use of the company branding
- A hot desk in a physical office if needed alongside working from home
- Leads for new business
- Cross selling stock opportunities
- Access to the existing database for property matching
- Access to social media channels
- Back-office support (extra costs may apply) for administration, holiday cover, sales progression etc
- Quarterly mentoring, strategy, alignment & ongoing support
