Are you an experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation, and listing of residential properties? We have an exceptional opportunity for you.
Our client is seeking a motivated Estate Agent to join their dynamic team in Wedmore on a self-employed basis as a Sales Manager. This is your chance to take control of your career while being part of a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist clients in buying and selling properties
– Value, prospect, and secure business
– Stay informed about market trends
– Guide clients through the property process
– Negotiate on behalf of clients
– Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Previous experience within the industry
– Ability to work independently and manage your own business
– Customer service-oriented with a sales mindset
Benefits:
– Initial 6-month retainer, followed by 50% of office income with realistic OTE £100,000-£150,000
– Sales progressor, administrator and viewing assistants in place.
